Teams and Health Care Professionals

For health care professionals working in the area of facial differences, AboutFace provides information and resources to enhance and supplement the treatment plan and client relationship. As a community agency, our role is to provide programs and services that will support, encourage and empower our clients to take an active role in their treatment.  At the same time, AboutFace works to understand the issues faced by those living with facial differences and to develop resources that will enhance trust and commitment to the client/professional relationship.

AboutFace provides support, information and education based on the self help model. We believe that clients can and should connect with others and through their shared experiences, gain insight, courage and motivation to pursue a better quality of life. We also welcome and strongly encourage the participation of health care professionals in our organization.  Please join us in our mission.
