AboutFace is proud to present INSPIRATION 2007, the 2nd Annual Conference on Living with Facial Differences. Join us for a weekend of laughter and friendship. Together we will learn, share, examine, and inspire each other to embrace our differences and celebrate our life experiences.

Workshops and Sessions will be offered for children, teens, adults, family members and friends. New for 2007, we are also introducing a Specialty Session for Health Care Professionals who work with individuals with facial differences.

Join us on the afternoon of Friday, October 19th, as we launch INSPIRATION 2007 with a Special Opening Plenary “How To Talk To Your Children About Internet Safety”, featuring internet safety expert Mr. Rob Nickel.

This session on internet safety is designed to educate parents about the dangers online, how to guide our children to be internet smart and safe, what terms are used by kids chatting online, and what online resources are available to help protect our kids. In the world of the internet you can never be too safe!

Afterwards, we will welcome conference attendees and guests to the “Wings of Hope” Dinner and Dance. This is your opportunity to come out and reconnect with old friends and meet AboutFace members and volunteers. Saturday, October 20 will be a full day from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm and includes breakfast, lunch and 3 Workshop Sessions.
