Special Events raise funds in support of AboutFace while communicating the vision and mission of our organization to the community at large. Thanks to the support of our sponsors, volunteers and participants, our events are a very successful element of our fundraising program.

Get Involved

We organize a variety of special events throughout the year. But we don’t do it alone. We are grateful to members of our community who participate in these events and to those who organize their own events with proceeds going to AboutFace. Special events are a fun way to raise awareness of AboutFace in your community, school, workplace or organization.

There are many ways that you can help raise funds for AboutFace. Event ideas range from theme parties, fashion shows, concerts and sporting events to barbeques, dinner dances, and golf tournaments with family, friends and colleagues.
